San Diego, CA – Glorified Records, a record label based out of San Diego, and San Diego’s favorite Irish pop act Fiffin Market would like to announce the “re-releasing” of Fiffin Market’s latest full-length album Lost At Sea. There will be a CD Re-Release Show to celebrate the reintroduction of Lost At Sea on August 22, 2008 at The Marquee. Co-Founder of Glorified Records and member of Fiffin Market, Beau Gray, made the announcement.
Lost At Sea was officially released October 26, 2007. It features Fiffin Market’s take on classic traditional tunes like "The Wild Rover" and "Molly Malone", as well as original songs such as "My Dream" and "City That We Love". There were two CD Release shows: a 21+ show at Gallagher’s Pub in Ocean Beach, CA on October 26, 2007 and an all-ages event at Cosmos Coffee Café in La Mesa, CA the following night. The week before the shows were to take place, San Diego was battling major fires throughout the county. The music played on, but the celebration of releasing a new album was a second thought to what the residents of San Diego County had endured all week long.
Fiffin Market’s CD Re-Release Show will also be part of the finale of Acoustic San Diego Night at The Marquee, a six-show series presented by Glorified Records on Friday nights this summer. The Marquee is located at 835 25th Street, San Diego CA 92102. The remnants of an old church built in the 1920’s, The Marquee offers a safe and inviting atmosphere to enjoy local musicians, independent films, and other forms of the San Diego art world. The show will start at 7:30 PM and there will be a $5 donation at the door. Proceeds from donations will be going to a collection of local charities. Fiffin Market will also donate a percentage of Lost At Sea sales that night to the charities of the summer series event.

We felt that we never properly introduced our new album to our fan base here in San Diego. We are very proud of Lost At Sea and we are excited to finally share it on a grander scale. The Marquee is a perfect venue to have this type of event. We are also real excited to have this be a part of Acoustic San Diego Night, which is a great event by Glorified Records, helping local musicians and charities.”
